Girls trip
This film is absolute chaos and thats why we love it, the Flossy Posse embark on a holiday trip which in which they let loose , from scenes featuring getting stuck on a zip line and accidentally peeing on everyone down below to dancing on stage with no other than P. Diddy himself. This film is so great as it has some many relatable moments we have all probably faced on a girls holiday.
50 First dates
If you’re looking for something a little softer why not opt for 50 first dates , featuring Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore. It’s a story of love at first sight but sadly Lucie , played by Barrymore loses her memory of the entire day each night so every day is brand new to her and creates a new day to fall back in love each time. This is a lovely story to watch with lots of added humour from Sandler which will warm your heart.
27 Dresses
Always the bridesmaid never the bride, is the unfortunate tale in this story. Go to friend Jane is happy to always help when it comes to planning weddings , I mean she has been a bridesmaid 27 times and has the dresses to show for it. But when her sister marries the man she secretly loved she questions her role of constantly being bridesmaid on the side.
Step up
WARNING this films holds some major chemistry! When trouble maker Tyler played by Channing Tatum is sentenced to community service at the Maryland School of the Arts he spots Nora played by Jenna Dewan, gifted Ballet Student attempting to include hip hop moves into her routine and she convinces him to help her and sparks begin to fly. I mean who wouldn't want to imagine getting all hot and sweaty dancing up against Channing Tatum. And if dance films are your thing there are five Step up movies for you to enjoy although unfortunately they don't all include Channing Tatum.
Me before you
Get your tissues ready because this really is a sad one that if guaranteed to make you cry. Louisa Clark played by Emilia Clarke , is this quirky character who is constantly in and out of jobs to help her family get by. But her new job will really put her to the test when she becomes Will’s caregiver played by Sam Claflin who is paralysed after an accident. She helps to give him a positive outlook on life and eventually their bond deepens and they fall in love.
Clueless
Lets take a trip back in time to the 90’s were we meet best friends Cher and Dion who may i add have the most ridiculous but amazing outfits. With amazing one liners such as ‘Ugh as if’ and ‘I actually have a way normal life for a teenage girl’. It’s a great film to watch and just imagine going back in time where you have a machine that will match your perfect outfit for you and the only thing you had to worry about were co ordinating with what your best friend was wearing.
Angus, thongs and perfect snogging
This film is extremely relatable, it tells a story of a group of fourteen year old girls who are all beginning to grow up and start thinking about boyfriends and parties. It includes funny scenes such as main character Georgia dressing up as an olive for a party after her friends don't tell her they changed their outfits or being horrified that one of the girls in the older years was wearing a thong. This film will definitely take you back to being a young teen and having to deal with all these issues.
